• Points Based on Tenure:  For work anniversaries, the points awarded are automatically calculated based on the user's tenure within the company.  Admins predetermine the point value for the first year of service and a set increment for each subsequent year.  For example, an admin might choose to award 100 points for the first year and 20 points for each additional year.  An employee celebrating their 5th anniversary would then receive (100 points + 4 years * 20 points/year) = 180 points.

• Other Recognition Elements:  Similar to birthdays, automatic work anniversary recognition triggers the sending of a pre-configured email greeting, the posting of a celebratory message with relevant hashtags to the user's newsfeed, and the display of a designated work anniversary image.
