1. Edit Your Company Profile

Personalize Bravvo for your team!

Now that you've created your admin account, take a moment to complete your company profile. This information helps Bravvo understand your organization and ensures a smooth experience for everyone.

Company Information:

• Company Name: (Pre-filled from signup)
• Industry: Select your company's industry from the provided list. This helps us tailor future features and resources to your specific needs.
• Company Address: Enter your company's full address.  This information may be used for official communication purposes.
• Company Email (Optional):  Provide a dedicated company email address for Bravvo communications, such as billing updates or program announcements.

Account Owner Information:

• Identify the Primary Contact:  Designate the individual responsible for managing the Bravvo admin account. This person will be Bravvo's point of contact for your organization regarding billing, support, and any assistance you may need.
  • First Name: Enter the account owner's first name.
  • Last Name: Enter the account owner's last name.
  • Email Address: (Pre-filled from signup)  This is the email address you used to create your admin account.

Company Branding:

• Upload Your Logo:  Showcase your company's identity by uploading your company logo. This will be displayed throughout the Bravvo platform to personalize the experience for your team. Supported file formats include JPG, PNG, and GIF.
• Company Pictogram (Optional):  For a more streamlined visual representation within Bravvo, you can upload a company pictogram alongside your logo. Supported file formats include JPG, PNG, and GIF.

Enable Peer-to-Peer Recognition.

Turn recognition power to your team!  

This toggle allows you to activate peer-to-peer recognition within your Bravvo program.

• Off (Default):  When deactivated (default setting), only users with admin and manager privileges can grant recognition to others.
• On:  Activating this feature empowers all users within your organization to recognize their peers' achievements and contributions.
