Connecting via Magic Link

Welcome to Bravvo! This guide will explain how to create your account using a Magic Link, a unique link sent to you by your Bravvo administrator (HR department or manager).

1. Find Your Magic Link

Your administrator will send you a Magic Link via your internal company email. The email will contain a warm welcome message and a link like this one: https://app.bravvo.io/user/invitation-user?token=XXXXXXXXXXX or similar, depending on your company's setup).

2. Click the Magic Link

Clicking the Magic Link will redirect you to a secure Bravvo webpage specifically designed for new account creation. 

3. Complete Your Profile Information

On the Bravvo webpage, fill in the required information fields:

• First Name: Enter your first name.
• Last Name: Enter your last name.
• Email Address: Enter your professional email address.
• Password: Create a strong password for your account. Refer to the "Get Started: Creating Your Account via Email Invitation" guide tips on creating a strong password.
• Confirm Password:  Re-enter your password for confirmation.
• Agree to Terms and Conditions:  Ensure you've read and agree to Bravvo's terms and conditions by checking the corresponding box.

4. Click "Sign Up"

Once you've filled in all the information and agreed to the terms, click the button labeled "Sign Up". This will finalize your account creation process.

5. Welcome to Bravvo!

You've successfully created your Bravvo account using the Magic Link. 

You'll be automatically logged in and directed to your Bravvo profile page.

Next Steps: Update Your Profile

We recommend taking a moment to personalize your profile.

• Update your information, such as name, job title, department, and location (if applicable).

• Update your profile picture, click on the 'Pick a file' button and upload a picture from your computer.
• Click on "Update Profile" button to save your updates to ensure your profile information is accurate and current.

An informative profile helps colleagues get to know you better and fosters a more connected work environment.

Once your sign-up process is completed, you no longer need to use the magic link, which will be automatically disabled after one week. 

To access your account again, go to the URL 'app.bravvo.io'; you should be logged in directly to your account. Otherwise, refer to the section "Log-in" in the help center.
