1. Creating Your Account via Email Invitation

Welcome to Bravvo! This guide will walk you through creating your account using the invitation link you received via email.

1.1. Find Your Invitation Email

Look for an email from your Bravvo administrator with the subject line "You’re invited to join centrale’s Bravvo Platform!". 

The email will contain a warm welcome message and a button labeled "Complete your profile and get started". 

1.2. Set Your Password

On the Bravvo website, you'll be prompted to create a password for your account.

Once you've created your strong password, enter it in the designated field and confirm it by typing it again in the "Change Password" field.

1.3. Congratulations!

You've successfully created your Bravvo account! You can now log in using your email and password.

2. Connecting via Magic Link

2.1. Find Your Magic Link

Check your company email for a welcome message from Bravvo with a link like:

https://app.bravvo.io/user/invitation-user?token=XXXXXXXXXXX (link format may vary).

2.2.Click the Magic Link

Clicking the link will take you to a secure Bravvo signup page:

2.3. Complete Your Profile Information

Fill in these fields on the signup page:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email Address
• Password – Create a secure password.
• Confirm Password
• Agree to Terms and Conditions

Once you've filled everything in and agreed to the terms, click "Join Organisation" to create your account.

2.4. Welcome to Bravvo!

You've successfully created your Bravvo account using the Magic Link.

You’ll be automatically sent to the Bravvo loggin page.

3. Logging In

Prerequisites: A Bravvo account with a valid email address and password.

Steps to Log In:

1. Navigate to the Bravvo Login Page: Open a web browser and visit https://app.bravvo.io
2. Enter Your Credentials: On the login page, enter the email address and password associated with your Bravvo account in the respective fields.
           Email: This is the email address you used to create your Bravvo account.
           Password: This is the password you created for your Bravvo account.
   

3. Click "Sign In": Click the blue "Sign In" button to proceed and agree to our Pri.

Troubleshooting Tips:

• If you encounter an error message stating that your email address or password is incorrect, double-check that you have entered the information correctly. You may also want to try resetting your password.
• If you forget your password, click the "Forgot Password" link below the login button. You will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your account, and Bravvo will send you instructions on how to reset your password.

4. Forgotten Password

Don't worry if you've forgotten your Bravvo password!  Resetting it is a quick and easy process.

Here's what to do:

1. Navigate to the Bravvo Login Page: Open a web browser and visit https://app.bravvo.io

2. Click "Forgot Password": Below the login button, you'll find a link labeled "Forgot Password?" Click on this link.
   

3. Enter Your Email Address: On the password reset page, enter the email address associated with your Bravvo account in the designated field.

4. Click "Submit": Once you've entered your email address, click the button labeled "Submit" or something similar.

5. Check Your Email: Bravvo will send a password reset email to the address you provided. Open this email and locate the "Reset Password" button.

Important: This email will likely only be valid for a limited time (usually 24 hours). If you don't reset your password within that timeframe, you'll need to request a new reset email.

6. Click "Reset my password": Clicking the button in the email will redirect you to a secure Bravvo webpage.

7. Create Your New Password:  On this page, you'll be prompted to create a new password for your Bravvo account.  Make sure to choose a strong password that meets your organization's security requirements (length, complexity, etc.).

8. Confirm Your New Password: You'll also need to confirm your new password by typing it again in a separate field. Ensure both entries match exactly.

9. Click "Change Password": Once you've entered and confirmed your new password, click the button labeled "Continue".

Success!  If everything is successful, you'll be automatically logged in to your Bravvo account with your new password.

Tips for Creating a Strong Password:

• Use a combination of upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

• Avoid using easily guessable information like your birthday, pet's name, or common phrases.
• Consider using a password manager to generate and store strong, unique passwords for all your online accounts.
