Creating Your Account

How do I create a Bravvo account?

You'll typically receive an email invitation from your Bravvo administrator with a link to set your password. Click the "Create Your Account" button in the email and follow the on-screen instructions.

What if my invitation link expires?

Most invitation links expire after a week. If yours has expired, reach out to your administrator for a new one.

I received a Magic Link for Bravvo. What do I do?

Click on the Magic Link in the email you received. It will direct you to a secure Bravvo signup page and may prompt you for further verification.

I'm having trouble creating my account. What should I do?

If you encounter any issues while creating your account, please contact Bravvo support at support@bravvo.io or submit a ticket at the Bravvo Help Center for further assistance.

Logging In

How do I log in to Bravvo?

Navigate to https://app.bravvo.io in your web browser. Enter your email address and password associated with your Bravvo account, and click "Log In".

Can I log in using Microsoft, Google, or LinkedIn?

Yes! If your organization has enabled Single Sign-On (SSO) with any of these providers and your Bravvo account uses the same email address, you can log in directly without a separate password.

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

No worries! On the login page, click "Forgot Password?". Enter the email address associated with your account and click "Send Reset Instructions". You'll receive an email with a link to create a new password.

Additional Tips

How can I personalize my Bravvo profile?

After creating your account, update your profile information (name, job title, department, etc.) for better colleague recognition. Look for your profile picture or name in the top navigation bar and click on it to access your profile settings.
