  • You can "Like" a recognition or leave a comment to express your appreciation.
• Can I personalize my comments?
  • Yes! You can add emojis and animated GIFs to make your comments on recognitions more expressive.
• What else is displayed in the News Feed?
  • In addition to recognitions, the News Feed also shows successfully completed challenges and company celebrations for special occasions.

Personal Space:

• Where can I see my Bravvo activity summary?

  • Your Personal Space provides a quick overview of your points, recognitions given and received, and profile information.

• How can I filter the recognitions displayed in the News Feed?

  • You can filter the News Feed by clicking on "Recognitions Given" or "Recognitions Received" in your Personal Space.

• What information is displayed about the company values?

  • The company's values are displayed at the bottom of your Personal Space, ranked by their frequency of use in recognitions. Clicking on a value reveals its description.

Leaderboard:

• Where can I see the top performers in giving and receiving recognitions?
  • The Leaderboard section showcases the users who have given or received the most recognitions. It has two tabs: "Recognitions Given" and "Recognitions Received."

• How can I access my profile settings?

  • Click on your profile picture in the top right corner to access your profile settings, where you can edit your information, photo, and password.

• Can I change the language of the Bravvo interface?

  • Yes! Located next to your profile picture is a toggle button allowing you to switch between English and French (if enabled by your organization).

• How can I access Bravvo's user help resources?
