1. Create Your Bravvo Admin Account

Welcome to Bravvo! This guide will walk you through the initial steps of setting up your Bravvo admin account and unlocking the power of our recognition program for your organization.


The Importance of Your Admin Account:

Your Bravvo admin account serves as the central hub for managing your company's recognition program.  Through this account, you'll gain access to a comprehensive suite of tools to:

  • Manage user accounts and permissions
  • Configure recognition programs and challenges
  • Set up and customize reward systems
  • Track program performance and impact
  • Generate insightful reports and analytics


Creating Your Bravvo Admin Account:



1. Access the Signup Page:  

Bookmark the Bravvo admin account creation page for easy reference: https://admin.bravvo.io/user/adminSignup 



2. Enter Your Email Address:  

Fill out the signup form by entering your valid work email address that you check regularly. This will be used for both account creation and verification.



3. Verify Your Email Address:  

Bravvo will send a verification email to the address you provided.  Please check your inbox and spam folders for this email. 


Once you receive the verification email, Click the "Confirm my email" button or click the verification link included within the email.  This will confirm your email address and allow you to proceed with creating your Bravvo admin account.




4. Create Your Account: 

After verifying your email address, you'll be prompted to complete your account details:

  • First Name: Enter your first name.
  • Last Name: Enter your last name.
  • Company Name: Enter your company name.
  • Country: Select your country from the dropdown menu.
  • Password: Create a strong password following recommended security practices.  A strong password typically includes a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
  • Confirm Password: Re-enter your password exactly to ensure it matches the initial entry.
  • Accept Legal Terms and Click the Sign-Up Button




Single Sign-On (SSO) Option (Optional):

Your organization may offer the option to sign up for Bravvo using your existing Microsoft, LinkedIn, or Google credentials.  If this option is available, you'll see it displayed on the signup form.  Using SSO simplifies the signup process but may require specific configuration by your IT department.  For detailed SSO setup instructions, please refer to your IT department's resources or knowledge base.


Completing Your Company Profile (Optional):

(This step is optional but recommended)

After setting your password, you'll have the option to complete your company profile.  Adding your company information personalizes the Bravvo experience for your team and allows you to display your company logo in recognition messages.
