Bravvo Point Management System

The Bravvo point management system empowers you to design a recognition program that perfectly aligns with your company culture and budget. This system allows you to create a virtual currency, set exchange rates, and define limitations on how points can be earned and distributed.

Customizing Your Virtual Currency:

  • Create a Unique Name:  Bravvo allows you to personalize the recognition experience by establishing a name for your virtual currency. This name should resonate with your company culture and be easily understood by your team members.  For example, you might choose "Bravvo Stars" or "Kudos Points."
  • Set the Exchange Rate:  Determine the exchange rate between your virtual currency and your chosen real-world currency. This helps establish the perceived value of each point and provides context for your team members.  For instance, you might decide that 1 unit of virtual currency is equivalent to 1 TND (Tunisian Dinar) (In the image, the exchange rate is set at 5 TND for 1 unit of virtual currency).

Managing Point Distribution:

  • Monthly Allowance:  Set a monthly allowance that dictates the maximum number of points a user can receive within a given month. This helps to ensure a fair distribution of recognition and prevents inflation within your program's virtual economy.
  • Weekly Sending Limits (Optional):  Bravvo provides the option to establish limitations on the number of points a user can send per week. This allows you to regulate the flow of points within your program and potentially encourage more frequent recognition moments with smaller point values.
  • Daily Sending Limits (Optional):  You can also set daily sending limits to further regulate point distribution and encourage a more balanced recognition program.

Important Considerations:

  • Cohesiveness Between Limits:  If you choose to implement limitations on points distribution (weekly and daily sending limits), it's important to ensure these limits don't exceed the monthly allowance.  For example, if your monthly allowance is 200 points, your weekly limit shouldn't be more than 200 points, and your daily limit shouldn't be more than 28.57 points (rounded down from 200/7).
  • Disabling Limits:  If you prefer not to restrict point distribution, you can simply set the weekly and daily sending limits equal to the monthly allowance. This allows for complete freedom in how points are distributed within your program.

Conclusion:

The Bravvo point management system offers a flexible framework for you to tailor your recognition program to your specific needs and preferences. By customizing your virtual currency, setting exchange rates, and defining limitations on point distribution, you can create a program that fosters a culture of appreciation and motivates your team members.
