- What is the Awards menu?
The Awards menu, accessible only to managers on Bravvo, allows you to manage and distribute points through pre-defined award programs.

Navigating the Awards Menu
- What are the two main views in the Awards menu?
The Awards menu offers two tabs: * Active Awards (Card View): This is the default view, displaying a list of your available award programs. * Program History: This tab allows you to track point distribution within each program.
- What information does each card in the "Active Awards" tab display?
Each card provides a quick overview of the program, including: * Program Name * Number of Recipients (clicking reveals the list) * Number of Managers with Access (clicking shows the list) * Remaining Balance * Expiration Date * View Details Button (for more detailed program information)
Viewing Program Details
- What information is included in the detailed view of a program?
The detailed view of a program offers a more comprehensive overview, including: * Program Name * Number of Recipients (clicking reveals the list) * Number of Managers with Access (clicking shows the list) * Remaining Balance * Expiration Date
Program History
- How can I access the program history for a specific program?
Within the "Program History" tab, locate the program you'd like to view the history for and click the "History" button associated with that program.
- What information does the program history include?
The program history provides a detailed record of point distribution for a specific program, including: * Manager Name (who distributed the points) * Points Awarded (exact number) * Recipient Name (who received the points) * Date of Recognition (when the points were distributed)
Additional Information
- Who can manage and distribute points through an award program?
Any manager who has access to the program can manage and distribute points within that program. The "Number of Managers with Access" section displays a list of these managers.
