To utilize a template, simply locate the "Import from Template" option within the new program creation interface and browse the available template categories. Once you've selected a relevant template, the core program details will be pre-populated, saving you valuable time and effort. You can then customize the program further to perfectly align with your specific needs.
Build a Custom Program: For a more tailored approach, Bravvo also allows you to create custom award programs from scratch. This method empowers you to design unique award categories that specifically reflect your company's mission, values, and strategic goals.
Program Details:
Regardless of the chosen creation method (template or custom), you'll be prompted to provide essential information for your award program:
- Program Name: Choose a clear and concise title that effectively communicates the essence of the award.
- Budget: (Optional) If applicable, designate a budget allocation for the award program. This helps with financial planning and ensures you stay within designated limits.
- Start and End Date: Define the validity timeframe for the award program. Set a start date to activate the program and an end date to mark its conclusion.

- Accessing Program Details: Click on the pencil Icon of the specific program you wish to modify. This will open a detailed view of the program's current settings.
- Making Changes: Edit any program details as needed. You can update the program name, description, timeframe, or image. The budget can not be edited.
- Saving Your Changes: Once you've made your edits, click the "Save" button to confirm the changes and update your award program information within Bravvo.
Deleting Award Programs
If an award program is no longer relevant or active, you can easily remove it from your Bravvo system.
- Program List Navigation: Locate the program you want to delete within the awards program management interface.
- Program Deletion: Look for a "Trashcan" button in the action column. Click on "OK" to confirm your request and permanently remove the program from your Bravvo library.
Managing Program Permissions and Beneficiaries
Bravvo offers functionalities to assign managers who can utilize the program, define who is eligible to receive awards, and view the program's history.
Here's a breakdown of these functionalities:
- Add Hashtags: This section allows you to select a series of specific hashtags from your existing hashtag library within Bravvo.
These hashtags will be associated with the award program and will be automatically included in the newsfeed announcement when an award is presented.
- Assigning Managers: Click on "Manager" and select managers who will have permission to nominate employees for this specific award program.
You can search by name, department, or select all managers.
- Defining Beneficiaries: Navigate to the "Beneficiaries" tab and click on "Add Beneficiaries" to specify who is eligible to receive awards under this program.
