Navigating the Bravvo Homepage: A User Guide

The Bravvo homepage is your central hub for recognizing colleagues, tracking your own achievements, and staying connected to your company culture. This guide will walk you through the three main sections of the Bravvo homepage and explain their functionalities.

1. News Feed (Central Section):

• The news feed is the heart of the Bravvo homepage, displaying real-time updates about your colleagues' achievements.

• You'll see recognitions given to others, along with the reasons for the recognition, points awarded, and associated company values.

• Like or Comment: Show your appreciation by liking a recognition, or leave a comment to add a personal touch. You can also add emojis and animated gifs to make your comments more expressive 

• Completed Challenges & Celebrations: The news feed also displays successfully completed challenges and company celebrations for special occasions like birthdays and work anniversaries.

2. Personal Space (Left Section):

• Your personal space provides a quick overview of your Bravvo activity.

• Profile Information:  You'll see your profile picture, points available for transformation into impact actions, and the number of recognitions you've given and received. 

These recognitions act as filters:

• Clicking "Recognitions Given" filters the news feed to show only recognitions you've given.
• Clicking "Recognitions Received" filters the news feed to show only recognitions you've received.

• Company Values:  At the bottom of your personal details, the company's values are displayed, ranked by how often they've been associated with recognitions. Clicking on a value reveals its description.

3. Leaderboard (Right Section):

• The leaderboard showcases top performers based on the number of recognitions received or given.
• It features two tabs:
  • "Recognitions Given" displays the users who have given the most recognition.
  • "Recognitions Received" showcases the users who have received the most recognition.

4. Additional Features:

• Top Right Corner: Access your personal settings by clicking on your profile picture in the top right corner. Here, you can edit your profile information, photo, phone number, password, and view your conversion history of points into impact actions.

• Language Toggle: Located next to your profile picture, a toggle button allows you to switch the interface language between English and French.

• Bottom Right Corner:
  • Help Button: Click the help button for quick access to the Bravvo user help center, where you can find helpful articles and guides.

• Support Email: Click the "contact us" to directly send an email to Bravvo support for any questions or assistance you may need.

• Admin Dashboard Access:  Please note that only administrators will see an additional button in the top right corner providing access to the Bravvo dashboard for managing users, settings, and other administrative tasks.
