Validating Challenge Completions in Bravvo

Bravvo empowers admins to streamline the process of validating challenge completions submitted by participants. This ensures fairness and accuracy within your company's recognition program (as illustrated in the image above).

Accessing the Validation Window

  1. Navigate to "My Challenges": Within the Bravvo admin interface, locate the "My Challenges" section. This is your central hub for managing all your company's challenges.
  2. View the Challenge List: Your "My Challenges" section will display a list of all the challenges you've created or imported from templates.
  3. Identify the Challenge:  Locate the specific challenge for which you want to validate participant completions.
  4. Click on the Participant Count: In the "Participants" column, you'll see the number of participants associated with each challenge. Click on the number for the challenge you wish to validate.

Validating Participant Completions

Once you've clicked on the participant count for a specific challenge, a new window will appear, displaying a list of all participants for that challenge:

  • Completion Statuses: The list will categorize participants according to their completion status:

    • Taken:  These participants have yet to submit a claim of successful completion for the challenge.
    • Submitted (Awaiting Validation):  These participants have submitted a claim of successful completion, and it now requires your review and validation as an admin.
    • Validated:  These participants have met the challenge criteria and their completion has been approved by an admin.
    • Not Succesful:  These participants did not meet the challenge criteria and their completion was not approved by an admin.

  • Validation Actions:  For participants listed under "Submitted (Awaiting Validation)," you'll have the ability to:

    • Validate Challenge Completion:  If you determine that the participant has successfully met the challenge criteria, click the "Validate" button to approve their completion. This will award the participant the designated points associated with the challenge and send them an email notification informing them of your decision.
    • Reject Challenge Completion: If you determine that the participant did not meet the challenge criteria, click the "Reject" button. This will inform the participant that their completion was not approved.

Conclusion

By leveraging Bravvo's intuitive validation system, you can efficiently review and validate challenge completions submitted by participants. This ensures that rewards are distributed fairly and accurately, fostering a motivated and engaged work environment.
