Validating Challenge Completions in Bravvo
Bravvo empowers admins to streamline the process of validating challenge completions submitted by participants. This ensures fairness and accuracy within your company's recognition program (as illustrated in the image above).
Accessing the Validation Window
- Navigate to "My Challenges": Within the Bravvo admin interface, locate the "My Challenges" section. This is your central hub for managing all your company's challenges.
- View the Challenge List: Your "My Challenges" section will display a list of all the challenges you've created or imported from templates.
- Identify the Challenge: Locate the specific challenge for which you want to validate participant completions.
- Click on the Participant Count: In the "Participants" column, you'll see the number of participants associated with each challenge. Click on the number for the challenge you wish to validate.
Validating Participant Completions
Once you've clicked on the participant count for a specific challenge, a new window will appear, displaying a list of all participants for that challenge:
? View participant completion statuses
The list will categorize participants according to their completion status:
- Taken: These participants have yet to submit a claim of successful completion for the challenge.
- Submitted (Awaiting Validation): These participants have submitted a claim and now require your review.
- Validated: These participants have met the criteria and their completion has been approved.
- Not Successful: These participants did not meet the criteria and their completion was not approved.

? View validation actions for admins
For participants listed under "Submitted (Awaiting Validation)," you'll have these options:
- Validate Challenge Completion: Approve participants who met the criteria. This awards them points and sends an email notification.
- Reject Challenge Completion: Decline completions that don't meet criteria. The participant will be informed their completion was not approved.
