The Bravo reward shop offers admins a complete set of tools to manage and customize the reward selection:

Creating Custom Rewards

Design unique rewards that reflect your company’s CSR initiatives to strengthen the link between employee recognition and your social impact goals.
Consider experiences or opportunities with positive impact, like volunteering time at a local nonprofit, sustainability workshops, or donating to aligned causes.

Importing from Templates

Leverage pre-designed reward templates focused on Personal Development, Eco-Friendly Goods, and Donations to Impact Projects.

Locate the “Import” icon in the Bravo reward shop admin interface.
Select the desired template category that matches the rewards you want to add.
Preview the specific rewards in the template, then start the import process to populate your shop.

Editing Existing Rewards

Modify existing reward details to align with your company culture. Editable fields include descriptions, point values, and images.

Editing Rewards Step-by-Step:

Locate the reward you want to edit in your shop.
Click the pencil icon to open the editing window.
In the edit window, modify:
- Description: Clearly explain what the reward is and why it’s valuable.
- Point Value: Set the required point cost.
- Image: Upload an appealing visual.
Save your changes to update the reward in your shop.

Deleting Rewards

Remove rewards from your shop if they’re no longer relevant or aligned with your company goals.

Important Note: Deleted rewards are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

Locate the reward you want to delete.
Click the trashcan icon next to the reward to start the deletion process.
Confirm your choice in the prompt to permanently remove the reward.

Optimizing Reward Selection

Category Management

Create new categories to organize rewards based on company needs.
Edit category names and descriptions for clarity.
Delete categories that are no longer relevant.

Filtering and Searching

Category Filters: Streamline browsing by focusing on relevant areas like Personal Development or Eco-Friendly Goods.
List Views: Navigate your shop with different list formats for easy management.
Search Functionality: Use the search bar to quickly locate specific rewards by name or keyword.

Importing Custom Impact Rewards (Optional)

Besides using pre-designed templates, Bravo may allow importing custom impact-focused rewards via CSV. This offers a high level of customization to align your shop with your unique CSR goals.
