Getting Started with Bravvo: Connecting via SSO

Bravvo provides a seamless login experience through Single Sign-On (SSO). This allows you to connect to Bravvo using your existing credentials from Microsoft, Google, or LinkedIn, eliminating the need for separate signup and password management.

Here's how it works:

  1. Invitation Email: You'll receive an email notification from your administrator or manager inviting you to join Bravvo. The email will specify the SSO provider your organization uses (Microsoft, Google, or LinkedIn) and a link directing you to app.bravvo.io.
  2. Access Bravvo: Click the link in the email to initiate the login process. You'll be redirected to the login page of your chosen SSO provider (Microsoft, Google, or LinkedIn).

Authorization for First Use:

For the first time you connect to Bravvo via SSO, you'll need to authorize access.

This is a one-time step for each SSO provider you use with Bravvo.

  • Microsoft Authorization:
    • You'll be prompted to log in with your existing Microsoft credentials (username and password).

  • Upon successful login, you'll be asked to grant Bravvo permission to access your profile information. Review the information Bravvo is requesting and grant permission to proceed.
  • Google Authorization:

    • You'll be prompted to log in with your existing Google credentials (username and password).
    • Upon successful login, you'll see a screen explaining the information Bravvo is requesting from your Google account. Review this information and grant permission to proceed if you're comfortable.
  • LinkedIn Authorization:

    • You'll be redirected to the LinkedIn login page. After logging in, you'll be presented with an authorization screen explaining the information Bravvo will access. Grant permission to proceed.

Once authorized, you'll be automatically logged in to Bravvo and ready to explore its features!

Please note:

  • The specific authorization screens for Microsoft, Google, and LinkedIn may vary slightly.
  • If you encounter any issues during the SSO process, contact your Bravvo administrator or IT support for assistance.
