The "Awards" menu, exclusive to managers on Bravvo, allows you to manage and distribute points through pre-defined award programs. For more details on general point distribution, check the Bravvo Points section.

Navigating the Awards Menu

The Awards menu offers two main tabs for managers:

Awards List

The "Active Awards" tab displays your award programs as cards. Each card includes:

  • Program Name: Clearly identifies the program.
  • Number of Recipients: Click to see all users assigned to this program.
  • Number of Managers with Access: Click to view all managers who can manage and distribute points.
  • Remaining Balance: Total number of points left for distribution.
  • Expiration Date: Deadline for distributing all points in the program.
  • View Details Button: Opens a detailed view of the program.

Viewing Program Details: Clicking "View Details" provides:

  • Program Name: Full program name.
  • Number of Recipients: Shows all assigned users (clickable for full list).
  • Number of Managers with Access: Click to see all managers with permissions.
  • Remaining Balance: Remaining points available.
  • Expiration Date: Final date for using points.

Awards History

The second tab is "Program History," which tracks point distribution within each program:

  • Find the Program: Locate the desired program in the "Program History" tab.
  • Click "History" Button: Opens a detailed record of all point distributions for that program.

Program History Details include:

  • Manager Name: Who distributed the points.
  • Points Awarded: Exact number of points given.
  • Recipient Name: User who received the points.
  • Date of Recognition: When the points were awarded.

With the Awards menu and program history features, Bravvo empowers managers to manage and distribute points effectively, fostering a culture of recognition and motivation within your organization.
