It’s the most valuable (and most difficult) challenge because:

• You reflect on what you’ve learned and experienced

• You identify opportunities to do better

• You offer solutions, not just actions

• You help others think differently

This challenge earns the most points — because it represents original thinking and influence.

How to Complete the ‘Suggest’ Challenge

Let’s walk through it using Suggest a Plastic-Free Swap as an example.

Step 1: Choose a Suggest Challenge

Find it under Daily Challenges. You’ll see the icon labeled Suggest and a high point value.

Example:
“Propose an alternative to a plastic item (e.g., bamboo toothbrush).”

 Step 2: Tap ‘Perform Challenge’

You’ll land on the description page, which shows:

• Difficulty: Hard

• Points: 80

• Task: Submit a meaningful suggestion

Tap Perform Challenge to begin.

Step 3: Share Your Suggestion

Write your idea clearly. It should:

• Solve a real problem (e.g., plastic waste)

• Be specific (e.g., "switch to bamboo toothbrushes")

• Optionally include a photo for context

Example submission:
“I use bamboo toothbrushes so that it naturally disposes in nature.”

You can also tap Enhance with AI to polish your wording.

Step 4: Submit and Mark as Complete

Once submitted, you’ll see the ‘Completed’ badge on the challenge card — and the points are added to your total!
